Starting on October 5, 2020:
1. Recycling pick ups will be collected every other week.
Please be sure to break down all of your cardboard boxes. Since we are switching recycle collection to every other week, this is will help to create more space in your bin. We understand that some residents will need more space for all of their recyclables. You can now request a larger sized recycling bin! Please call 479.784.2262 for more information.
2. Yard waste will be collected every other week.
With this change, we understand that some residents will need more space for their yard waste. You can now request a 95-gallon yard waste cart! Only one per customer. Please call 479.784.2262 for more information.
3. We are excited to offer a new service! For an additional per use fee, we will pick up any brush and debris from your home. If you have large brush to remove, we will come out to provide an estimate on the removal.
The estimated quote is based on cubic yard. Brush removal must be cut down by the resident prior to pick up and no larger than 8-ft long and 1-ft wide. Please 479.784.2262 to schedule an estimate!
*Please note, this does not affect our current policy in regards to debris caused by a tornado.
FAQ
Are all services every other week?
No! Only yard waste and recycling will be picked up bi-weekly. Trash pick up will remain weekly.
What is the difference between yard waste pickup and brush collection service?
1.Yard waste includes only grass clippings, small sticks, and twigs. Please call 479.784.2262 to request a 95-gallon cart!
